The Gates 85603EA (10M2T X 50 FT) M2T™ MegaFlex 2-Wire Braid Hose is engineered for demanding high-pressure hydraulic applications. With a compact profile—.625″ inside diameter and .95″ outside diameter—it fits tighter spaces while delivering outstanding performance. It boasts a working pressure of 3,800 psi and burst capability of 15,200 psi, outperforming standard SAE 100R16 hoses.
Constructed with dual high-tensile steel wire braids, a nitrile tube, and a tough modified nitrile (Type C2) cover, it resists flame, abrasion, and weathering and includes MSHA 2G flame resistance. It also meets SAE, ISO, and EN specifications, and delivers industry-leading flexibility with a minimal bend radius of just 3 inches.
Compatible with GlobalSpiral™, MegaCrimp™, and Stainless Steel Braid/Spiral couplings, this hose supports up to 600,000 impulse cycles. Enhanced versions include XtraTuff™ (up to 25× longer) and MegaTuff™ (up to 300× longer) abrasion resistance.
