A 2-in reserve tube and 10-stage valving smooth out compression and rebound, reducing cab vibration and tire scallop. Nitrocarburized 16 mm rod resists corrosion, while shouldered bushings stop walk-out under heavy loads. Both ends use ¾-in ID loop-sleeve mounts (LS54), matching factory hardware—no adapters or drilling.
