King Pin Kit Spiral Rapid No-Ream

The Automann 460.534E King Pin Kit with Rapid No-Ream (spiral) bushings is engineered to simplify knuckle rebuilds. The kit includes same-side double-draw king pins hardened for durability, spiral-profile no-ream bushings that can be installed by hand or light tool (no reaming required), washers, O-rings, thrust bearings, draw keys, nuts, and end caps (caps 460.45P6) for a full hardware set.The spiral bushing design enables securing tight bore tolerances and compensates for minor wear, reducing installation prep time. With a 1.873″ outer diameter and length of 9.070″, the kit restores precise steering pin-to-bushing contact and proper preload. It is intended to duplicate or exceed OE performance for trucks requiring DS-type king pins and E-type spiral bushings.
