The Gates 24848 EA Durion Straight Silicone Coolant Hose is designed for high-temperature, heavy-duty radiator, heater and coolant transfer applications. Constructed with four plies of reinforced silicone and a blue Durion cover, it resists prolonged exposure to under-hood heat, radiant heat, ozone, weathering and coolant deterioration. Rated to operate between -70 °F and +350 °F and exceeding SAE 20R1 (Class A) requirements, this 3″ × 36″ stick hose provides exceptional durability and cut-to-fit convenience for demanding truck, bus, industrial and marine applications. Not for fuel or oil transfer. Finish installations with Gates thermoplastic or silicone hose clamps.
